Your July Game Plan

While I'm away,
you stay in demand.

This is pulled from your real applications this month. She already works out. She's tired of guessing, doing random routines, and not seeing it, and she wants your structure, your strength-without-the-gym-rat energy, and your relationship with food. So this month you sell the thing only you make look easy: feeling strong, lean and free.

28%"I do random workouts and feel lost at the gym"
26%"I want to feel strong and lean, not bulky"
22%"I just want to feel confident in my body again"
1 in 5"I know what to do, I just can't stay consistent"
same girl, every time: already moving, just wants you to build the structure.

Step One

Your conversion engine

The thread through everything that converts for you: it's personal, structured, and gentle, never generic fitness education. She's usually early-to-late twenties, mid life change (new city, first job, or a student finding her footing), and already in the gym. She applies because she wants to feel the way you make being strong and healthy look. Six angles, all you. Tap each.

This is your signature and it works because it's relational, not a random workout dump. You're already speaking to her like she's yours. Give her a real dumbbell workout the way you'd program it, then send her the rest.

your real one"The dumbbell workout I'd give you if you were my client and said you wanted to feel strong and lean without living in the gym." End it with: "want the rest of the plan built for you? comment RESET and I'll send it over."

This is your single biggest lead theme this month, and you're barely posting it. She works out but has no plan, feels lost at the gym, and is drowning in conflicting advice online. Name that overwhelm out loud, then be the calm structure she's missing. This one angle alone can carry July.

your real one"If you walk into the gym and just do random things because there's too much conflicting info out there, this is for you. You don't need more willpower, you need one plan built for you." End on: comment RESET and I'll send you the first thing I'd change.

A quarter of your applicants say it in their own words: they want to be toned and lean, not bulky, and strength training feels foreign or intimidating. Show her that strength is simply the method that gets her the body she wants, not a scary powerlifting thing. This is how you convert the "build strength" girls without ever leaving your lane.

your reframe"You don't have to lift like a bodybuilder to get lean and toned. Strength training is just the fastest way there, and I'll make it feel doable." Close on comment RESET.

Your gentlest content is your strongest. So many of these girls carry a history of food noise and rules that exhausted them. Speak to that softly. This is the angle that separates you from every "track your macros" coach.

your real one"If food has become the scariest part of getting healthy, this one's for you." Reframe to your core line: "it's not healthy if it's not bringing you joy."

Straight from your applications, almost word for word: "I work out every day, I eat well, and I still don't see it." Speak right to her, but in your kind register, not a list of everything she's doing wrong. Name the real reason, then reframe.

your reframe"You're not doing too little. You just don't have a structure built for your body, and no one in your corner. That's the part I fix."

The emotionally specific stuff is what makes a stranger feel you: how you used to think about your body, food and balance versus now. Your real life is top of funnel too, the rituals, the balance, the version of "put together" she's chasing. You talk like you're texting a friend, and spoken storytelling converts harder than any static post. Use talking-head and voiceover for all of the above.

post this as"story time: I used to think being healthy meant being miserable, here's what changed." No script, just you. End on one soft CTA.
Step Two

Pick your CTA

Eight closing lines in your voice, each ending in comment-to-DM, the mechanic that's converted best for you. None of them mention weight, the scale, or a "diet." Tap copy, paste as your last line on any feed post, one CTA each. Stories still use your link in bio.

Step Three

Your daily story flow

Three story frames a day, Sun through Thurs: warm her up, show her something real, point to the link. Stories are the one place you use link in bio. Tick them off as you go.

Your edge this week

"It's not healthy if it's not bringing you joy."

She already works out. What she can't find anywhere else is someone who makes structure and strength feel like joy instead of punishment. That's you. Give her the plan she's missing, keep it gentle, and point her to the DM. That's the whole brand.

feed = comment your keyword stories = link in bio structure is the offer strength = the method no scale or diet no price
